 "It took a complete breakdown and an inability to function to face my cowardise! 
I was willing to do anything to avoid shame and rejection, which i was convinced I would face at the first signs of weaknesses. Convinced i would be abandonned if i failed, I sank deeper and deeper in this one-upmanship; which only ended up reinforcing an imposter's complex and the belief that I am not good enough"
 
Reminder of good practices:
Maintaining a controlled and repressed state over the long run is impossible, at some point your body takes over and makes up for years of constraints in the most tremedous outbursts possible. Instead of the all or nothing approach, practicing everyday to share authentic feelings and thoughts as often as possible, especially if they are uncomfortable is the healthiest way to stay "stable".
 
Being human is delicate and complex (i.e. lace) but above all it is full of charm, and much sturdier than it looks.
