DELIVERY AND RETURNS
The jewelry is delivered within 5 calendar days, and if it does not bring you satisfaction, the return costs are free for metropolitan France and the DOM TOM.
The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase, by email, to the following address: contact@indulgente.fr
The jewelry must be in perfect condition and not have been worn, damaged or soiled, returned in its original case and packaging in perfect condition.
Finally, in the event of an order comprising several jewels, the final return can only apply to one jewel (this condition has been introduced to protect us from abuse.)
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items in perfect condition.
