DELIVERY AND RETURNS
The jewelry is delivered within 5 calendar days, and if it does not give you satisfaction, the return costs are free for metropolitan France and the DOM TOM.
1.The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase, by email to the following address: contact@indulgente.fr
2.The jewelry must be in perfect condition and not have been worn, damaged or soiled, returned in its original case and packaging in perfect condition.
3.Finally, in the event of an order comprising several pieces of jewelry, the final return can only apply to one jewel (this condition has been introduced to protect us from abuse.)
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items in perfect condition.
