This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) is intended to inform you about how the personal information that you provide to Indulgente, on the Site, in our stores, or by any other means, is treated.

Indulgent recognizes the importance of ensuring the protection and security of your privacy and personal information, and has established this Privacy Policy in accordance with the strictest criteria for the protection of personal data, as well as any applicable regulations.

As such, Indulgente complies with the law of August 2, 2002, as amended, in force in Luxembourg and from May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) n ° 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 25, 2016 , known as “GDPR” (together hereinafter referred to as the “Applicable Regulations”).

The Privacy Policy is applicable to all users of the Site and/or customers of Indulgente. We invite you to read the content carefully. If you disagree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide any personal information about yourself and stop using the Site. When communicating your personal data, you must accept, by ticking the box provided for this purpose, their collection, storage and processing by Indulgente under the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy.

You also have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent made prior to such withdrawal.

This Privacy Policy may be modified by Indulgente at any time and without notice, in particular due to normative changes. The new Privacy Policy will apply from the date it is posted on the Site.

1.1.Information collected by Indulgente

The information about you that may be collected and processed by Indulgente is:
As part of the creation of an account on the Site or if you complete our form in one of our stores, your identification and contact information, such as your name,
gender, date of birth, address, email address, password and telephone number,
If you contact Indulgente, a record of this correspondence may be kept,
Information relating to your visits to our stores and/or the Site and to the use of our services that you make.

1.2. Uses of information

Indulgente uses the personal information you provide to it to:

·      create your account on the Site and allow you access to this account,

·      communicate to you the information, products and/or services that you request or that may be of interest to you, when you have consented to be contacted for this purpose,

·      inform you of any changes made to the Site.

Indulgente does not market, rent or disclose your personal information to third parties other than companies belonging to its group or an administrative or judicial authority that would have given it an order.

1.3. The duration of the conversation

The personal data collected on the Site is kept for a limited period and in a manner strictly necessary and proportional to the pursuit of the purposes identified in this Privacy Policy, namely for 3 years following the last connection to the Site and/or the last contact with Indulgent.

 

1.4. Security

Indulgente employs all appropriate security measures to ensure the protection of information about you, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and the requirements of the GDPR.

In particular, Indulgente takes all necessary precautions with regard to the nature of the personal data communicated to it and the risks presented by their processing, in order to preserve their security and in particular to prevent them from being distorted, damaged, or that third parties not authorized have access.

 

1.5. Transfer of personal data

Indulgente and/or its affiliates (i.e., any entity, company controlling, controlled by Indulgente or under control with it, control being defined by Articles L.233-1 and L.233-3 of the Code de commerce) do not transfer personal data to a State that is not a member of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

 

1.6. Personal Data Breach

Indulgente will inform you as soon as possible of any breach of your personal data likely to create a high risk for your rights and freedoms, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 of the GDPR.

 

1.7. Subcontracting

Indulgente undertakes to use subcontractors with sufficient guarantees as to the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing of personal data meets the requirements of the GDPR.

If applicable, the processing of personal data carried out by a subcontractor is governed by a contract concluded between the latter and Indulgente and/or one of its affiliates (i.e., any entity, company controlling , controlled by the Company or under control with it, control being defined by Articles L.233-1 and L.233-3 of the Commercial Code), in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR.

 

1.8. Cookies

A cookie is a data file placed on your computer or other device when it is used to visit the Site.  Indulgente uses cookies to find out which pages of the Site are visited and how often, in order to make it more user-friendly and offer you adapted and personalized services the next time you visit the Site.

You are informed by the appearance of a banner that a cookie can be installed automatically on your navigation software during your visits to the Site, as well as their purposes.

By accepting cookies, you consent to the use of personal information in connection with the technologies as described in this Privacy Policy.

The cookies used by the Site are only associated with anonymous users and their computer and do not provide references from which to deduce users' personal data.

Some cookies are used by third parties (e.g. Google) to transmit to  Forgiving data on the effectiveness of its promotions. Cookies do not, under any circumstances, obtain personal information that could identify a particular user.

In addition, you have the right to oppose the processing of your personal data, for reasons relating to your particular situation, as well as the right to request the limitation of the processing of personal data carried out by the Company.
