We are aware that buying a piece of jewelry can be tricky. This is why we offer free delivery and free returns, with the exception of custom order jewels (check jewelry product delivery and returns section), and personalized and/or engraved jewels.
Return costs are covered by INDULGENTE for the following countries: Metropolitan France & DOM TOM (Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélémy, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Mayotte, Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon).
It is important to contact us within 14 days to organize the return of the creation and the refund, we will accompany you in the procedure: contact@indulgente.fr
RETURN POLICY

Jewelry must have been purchased on the INDULGENTE website, or at the INDULGENTE pop-up events

The return request must be made within 14 days of purchase, by email, to the following address: contact@indulgente.fr

The jewelry must not have been made to order, according to consumer specifications or personalized (check jewelry product delivery and returns section)

The jewel must be in perfect condition and not have been worn, damaged or soiled, and returned in its original case and packaging in perfect condition.

The jewel must be returned within 14 days of receipt - "as evidenced by the postmark"

Your previous purchase must not have been the subject of a definitive return

Finally, in the event of an order comprising several jewels, the definitive return can only apply to one jewel (this condition has been introduced to protect us from abuse)

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the items in perfect condition.
